Credit Control Officer AU Equipment Hire Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 4:00PM PHT)

We're looking for an experienced AR Credit Control Specialist. This role will help manage collections activity, reduce outstanding debtor balances, and maintain strong customer account hygiene during a period of increased workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, proactively following up on overdue invoices via phone and email
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Monitor and manage credit holds in line with company policy
• Prepare and maintain aged debtor reports
• Liaise with internal branches and customers to resolve billing and payment queries
• Escalate high-risk or disputed accounts as required
• Maintain accurate notes and records of all collections activity in the AR system
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years' experience in AR / credit control or collections
• Strong communication skills, confident managing difficult collection conversations professionally
• High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
• Comfortable working with large transactional account volumes
• Experience working within an ERP/AR system (training provided on Coates' systems)
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running in a short-term assignment
