Cost Accounting Assistant Manager

Position: Cost Accounting Asst. Manager

Location: Mandaluyong

Schedule: Morning Shift, Mon-Fri

Role Purpose This role oversees the preparation of accruals and the integrity of financial and statutory statements. The Assistant Manager applies technical expertise to ensure all accounting processes align with IFRS and internal control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead key financial controlling processes, including balance sheet reviews and KPI monitoring.
• Oversee accurate reporting for legal entities within the scope of the role.
• Coordinate with Group stakeholders for year-end adjustments and transfer pricing.
• Provide analysis for FAC completion and support the Voyager project transition.
  
  
  

• Manage risk by embedding compliance and ethics into daily accounting operations.
  
  
  

• Degree in Finance or Accounting and a professional accounting qualification.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in an accounting area.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and risk management.
• Excellent English communication and big-picture analytical thinking.
