Job Description

Job Summary:

Manage all country specific tax actions that must be completed in country for legal or compliance reasons and provide coordination/support within the immigration function

Key Responsibilities:

Legal and Tax Compliance:

Complete local legal requirements related to tax support, including documentation, signatures, and adherence to local government tool usage and Certificate of Coverage (COC) processes.

Ensure all in-country tax actions are completed to meet legal and compliance standards.

Global Collaboration:

Work with stakeholders in multiple countries to manage in-market and destination-specific requirements effectively.

Support process alignment and consistency across regions while addressing unique local needs

Educational Requirement:

Must have:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy

Skills And Work Experience

Must Have:

6 months to 1 year experience in legal and/or tax compliance

Strong written & verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint & Excel

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to simplify complex themes

Proven teaming skills and ability to work with large and complex global teams

Strong Stakeholder Management

Internal:

6 months to 1 year experience in accounting or finance background
