Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Cornerstone Learning enhancement projects from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.

Guide the delivery process, ensuring clear documentation and timely execution.

Develop and manage test plans, test execution, and resolve issues.

Engage directly with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and provide consultative guidance.

Collaborate internally to drive project success and maintain high standards of quality.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Extensive experience with Cornerstone Learning platform.

Strong consultative skills, with proven ability to lead discussions and influence outcomes.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both client-facing and internal collaboration.

Detail-oriented approach to test planning and execution.

Working Hours and Location

This role supports a US-based client and requires flexibility to work from 3PM to 12AM (local time). Remote candidates are welcome, provided they can maintain these working hours.
