Job Description

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Professional Engineer license is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8–15 years of experience in contract administration for large infrastructure, dam, hydropower, or pumped storage projects.
  • Experience in FIDIC or internationally funded contracts preferred.
  • Familiarity with EPC and construction contract management.
  • Strong understanding of claims, variations, and commercial procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.

  • Review EPC, consultancy, construction, and supply contracts.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain contract records, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper implementation of contract provisions and procedures.
  • Support interpretation of contract clauses and commercial matters
  • Review contractor variation requests and supporting documents.
  • Evaluate entitlement, cost, and time implications of claims.
  • Coordinate with technical and commercial teams on assessments.
  • Prepare recommendations for approvals or negotiations.
  • Maintain logs for claims, variations, and contractual changes.
  • Assist in reviewing contractor payment applications.
  • Verify contract quantities, milestones, and supporting documents.
  • Monitor contractual budgets and commercial performance.
  • Support forecasting of potential claims and variations.
  • Coordinate with quantity surveyors and cost engineers.
  • Draft contractual letters, notices, and responses.
  • Maintain document tracking and contract filing systems.
  • Ensure timely issuance of contractual notifications.
  • Coordinate with document control for proper records management.
  • Support preparation of reports related to contract administration.
  • Identify contractual and commercial risks.
  • Assist in dispute avoidance and resolution activities.
  • Coordinate with legal, technical, and project management teams.
  • Participate in meetings related to contractual matters.
  • Support preparation of contractual recommendations to management.
