Company Nurse - Night Shift AU Offshoring Office Based

Schedule: 8 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time

Position Summary

The Night Shift Company Nurse is responsible for providing immediate healthcare, emergency response, and health monitoring for employees during night operations. This role ensures the wellbeing of employees, compliance with occupational health standards, and effective coordination with medical facilities when necessary. The nurse also maintains accurate medical records and supports the organization’s overall health and safety program.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Health Monitoring
• Conduct routine health checks and assessments for employees on night shift.
• Monitor vital signs, administer first aid, and provide basic nursing care.
• Emergency Response
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, accidents, or injuries.
• Administer appropriate first aid and coordinate transport to hospitals if necessary.
• Maintain readiness for critical incidents and follow established emergency protocols.
• Medical Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for employees.
• Report incidents, health trends, and recommendations to HR and Health & Safety teams.
• Health Promotion & Education
• Provide health education and counseling to employees on occupational health and lifestyle management.
• Conduct health awareness activities relevant to night shift employees.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and health risk assessments.
• Maintain medical supplies and equipment, ensuring they are ready for use.
• Coordination & Support
• Coordinate with management, HR, and external medical providers for employee health matters.
• Assist in implementing workplace health programs and initiatives.
