Job Description

We are hiring a Commercial Finance Head to drive financial planning, profitability analysis, and commercial decision support for a dynamic consumer-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial finance and business planning initiatives.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, promotional activities, and profitability.
• Analyze sales trends and operational costs.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to improve business performance.
• Support expansion and investment decisions through financial analysis.
• Monitor financial KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Management Accounting.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Food Service, or FMCG.
• Strong financial analysis and business partnering experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
