Job Overview

The Commercial Finance Head will serve as a strategic finance partner to business and operations leaders, driving financial performance, profitability, and commercial decision-making across multiple brands. The role requires strong exposure to retail, F&B, or FMCG environments with deep expertise in commercial finance and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial finance initiatives supporting sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders in evaluating financial performance and commercial strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
• Provide actionable insights through financial modeling and business analytics.
• Drive margin improvement, cost management, and productivity initiatives.
• Lead management accounting teams supporting various brands or business units.
• Monitor and analyze sales, pricing, promotions, and operational performance.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPI monitoring tools for leadership reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely management reporting and variance analysis.
• Support strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Must be a CPA or CMA.
• At least 10 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong background in commercial finance, FP&A, and management accounting.
• Experience from well-known FMCG, retail, QSR, or restaurant groups is highly preferred.
• Proven experience supporting multi-brand or large-scale operations.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
