Job Description

Job Summary

The Collections Officer is responsible for the evaluation of past due portfolio and assures that total delinquency rate of assigned bucket is maintained at a minimum and acceptable level.

Key Responsibilities

Performs collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from clients, to make past due accounts current.
Ensures that all client requests are facilitated and coursed to appropriate units.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any field
At least 3 years of experience in collections gained from banks or other financial institutions.
Work experience from credit card, personal loan or telecommunication companies may also be considered.
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
