Job Summary

The Collections Officer is responsible for the evaluation of past due portfolio and assures that total delinquency rate of assigned bucket is maintained at a minimum and acceptable level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from clients, to make past due accounts current.
  • Ensures that all client requests are facilitated and coursed to appropriate units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of experience in collections gained from banks or other financial institutions.
  • Work experience from credit card, personal loan or telecommunication companies may also be considered.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
