Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure to ensure system reliability, security, and performance. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, resolving complex infrastructure issues, and supporting business objectives through efficient cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  
  

• Expert proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with Content Management, Linux.
• Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for hosting and managing services.
• Experience with Alfresco or Mobius platform optimization, including repository management, archiving, and content retrieval.
• Solid communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technical contacts.
