Role Overview

  • Operates the reservation system of Bayanihan Center Halls and meeting rooms
  • Implements division approved systems and processes related to MEET operations
  • Directly coordinates with customers and guests for inquiries, set-up and activity proper
  • Identifies process gaps and coordinates the process improvement initiatives to address issues
  • Assists in other projects and divisional activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree holder
  • Has 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Preferably with experience in managing systems and workflows
