Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Business Process Delivery Associate, you are expected to –


  • Support the Invoicing Senior Analyst and Team Lead in enabling junior resources to support daily operational tasks, provide necessary back-up support, and implement relevant leadership instructions and process changes.
  • Effectively work with vendors and/or finance stakeholders to deliver the following Invoicing services within SLA.
  • Invoice validation
  • PO/SOW creation and monitoring
  • Manual payment processing
  • Accruals and reclass
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting Updates
  • Resolve email queries/requests and ServiceNow tickets related to the Invoicing process.
  • Ensure that vendor invoice data/information are processed accurately to avoid rework and impact to service performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update tracker, job aids and process documents, attend internal meetings for service performance reviews, process updates and initiatives.
  • Attend vendor meetings only when necessary to resolve issues and concerns, provide updates on pending items and to align the process SLA.
  • Build strong finance relationships at the operational level to resolve issues and facilitate efficient delivery of services. Work with the Invoicing Senior Analyst & Analyst to ensure that regular and adhoc collaboration is implemented to immediately resolve issues and align on any changes in the Invoicing process.
  • Raise any issues and escalations to the attention of the Invoicing Senior Analyst for the required initial stakeholder management.
  • All other tasks, particularly Mobility Invoicing-related ones that the leadership may assign on an adhoc basis.


  • Educational Requirement:

    Must have:

    Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Or Relevant Business Experience

    Skills and Work Experience

    Must Have:


  • At least 1 year of experience relevant to vendor Invoicing process (internal/external) across industries
  • Vendor Invoicing experience does not have to be from major auditing firms
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Advanced MS Office Application skills (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills


  • Good to Have:


  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
