Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Producing BIM Models for Mechanical and Plumbing services

using Revit / ArchiCAD.

Provides drafting and BIM support to Singapore team on the agreed schedule

Liaison with project team members internal and client side.

Preparing plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings.

Develop general arrangement drawings from engineers sketches and other design team member drawings and details and develop sketches into coordinated building details.

Provide BIM Modeling and BIM Model Coordination works

Job Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of advanced and progressive experience in BIM technologies with hands-on experience in theMechanical andElectrical discipline.

Trained and proficient inArchiCADexperienced advantageous.

Experienced in producing drawings from BIM Models.
