Summary:

As a Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of configured services across various platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to resolve technical challenges and enhance system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the maintenance and support of production and development systems.

Engage in basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

Implement technology solutions at the operating system level across server and network areas.

Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and resolve technical challenges.

Document technical issues and solutions to improve knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workplace Technology Remote Support.

Strong understanding of operating systems and network configurations.

Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Familiarity with various software solutions and vendor products.

Ability to work effectively in both remote and onsite environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workplace Technology Remote Support.

This position is based at our Manila office.
