About the job
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support such as repair and troubleshooting, operate and Testing & Commissioning of PACU
- Perform preventive maintenance based on client contract schedule and generate service report.
- Generate and submit comprehensive reports within 48 hours after completion of the service job and provide in depth analysis and report whenever trouble/issues arise.
- Generate additional revenue through add-on sales lead and also assist in identifying opportunities on his area of responsibility.
- Respond efficiently and professionally to customer's 24 hours on call, complaint, inquiry and service needs. Attend to site whenever the situation requires to.
- Check and verify the correctness of equipment installation which includes Electrical specs. /Installation made by contractor/end-user
- Conduct warranty user's training
- basic operational requirement, troubleshooting and Preventive maintenance.
- Check and verify the coverage, terms and condition of the maintenance contract/PO to ensure customer are served according to their needs and satisfaction.
- Driving Skill is necessary with valid driver’s license (at least restriction 2). Can drive manual transmission.
- Read and define basic electrical circuit diagram. With knowledge in system grounding and bonding.
- Knowledgeable in basic communication protocols and monitoring system
Requirement
- B.S. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Graduate 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Good presentation & communication skills (written / oral)
- Ability to manage multiple service tasks & prioritize effectively Excellent sense of customer service /support Must be willing to do field works nationwide in PH.
