Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that all loan applications are processed and approved / decided on, according to the standards, policies and guidelines of the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for checking and approving loan applications
• Ensure and oversee proper checking, validation, documentation, filing, loan computation, reporting, and all other collections and credit processes are done properly and in a timely manner.
• Initiate and maintain quality and productivity checking measures to ensure individual performance is within set guidelines
• Responsible for the efficiency and effectivity of the team, comprising of the loan processing officer/s, billing assistant/s collections officers, and other loan personnel that may be assigned to the team
• Performs other functions as maybe assigned from time to time by his/her supervisor
