Architectural Drafter AU Construction Officebased

Salary: P50,000 - P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years experience with Architectural Drafting or related field.
• AU Drafting experience required.
• Drafting qualification (completed or in progress)
• Proficient in Archicad (Essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Solid understanding of residential construction and design principles
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings accurately
• Familiarity with Australian building codes or drafting standards (Essential)
• Experience with other architectural software is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Exposure to international projects or standards is an advantage
