Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage with clients to ensure seamless operation of our systems and applications. Your day will involve addressing client inquiries, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions while maintaining high standards of service quality. You will collaborate with team members to enhance your knowledge and contribute to problem-solving discussions, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to workplace technology. - Document client interactions and solutions provided to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies and support practices. - Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workplace Technology Remote Support. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Server Operating Systems x86. - Strong understanding of remote support tools and techniques. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and best practices. - Experience in documenting technical processes and client interactions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in Workplace Technology Remote Support. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum less than 1 year(s) of experience is required
