Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to analyze software interfaces and APIs, collaborate with team members, and contribute to discussions aimed at enhancing system performance and user experience. You will also be responsible for providing solutions to complex problems, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and troubleshoot software interfaces and APIs to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues. - Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. - Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders as needed. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Android Application Development, Mandarin Chinese Language. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues. - Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to API development. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Mandarin Language Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office.
