Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, providing solutions to complex problems, and managing team dynamics to enhance performance. You will also be responsible for making informed decisions that impact your team and the broader organization, ensuring that all systems function optimally and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Enterprise IP Telephony.- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Enterprise Network Operations.- Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving telephony-related issues.- Familiarity with network infrastructure and its impact on telephony systems.- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement enhancements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise IP Telephony.- This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
