Application Lead

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the main point of contact for project stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, providing guidance to team members, and addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project outcomes with organizational objectives, ensuring a seamless integration of technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Act as a mentor to junior team members, fostering their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Proficiency in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - This position is based at our Manila office.
