Application Developer

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications function effectively and efficiently, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that align with the organizations goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Assist in the training and development of junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Pricing Analytics and Modelling. - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their integration. - Experience in application development lifecycle and methodologies. - Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging complex application issues. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
