Salary: P40,000 - P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • At least 2 years’ experience in allocation, planning, or inventory management
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using Power BI and ERP systems
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions
  • Background in furniture, homewares, or bulky goods retail
  • Understanding of retail seasonality and product lifecycle management

What will you do?

  • Manage store inventory profiles based on sales trends, channel demand, store capacity, and customer behaviour
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment to maintain optimal stock positions
  • Analyse sales, inventory, and allocation performance using tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Provide actionable insights to improve allocation strategies and support business decisions
  • Support new store openings and refurbishments with tailored assortments and stock plans
  • Collaborate with Planning, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations teams
  • Partner with store teams to understand local demand and improve inventory profiles
  • Maintain replenishment parameters within planning systems
  • Support system upgrades and process improvements related to allocation and replenishment
  • Track KPIs including sell-through, stock cover, and replenishment performance
  • Identiy store-level performance issues and recommend changes to replenishment strategy
