The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

The Affiliate Growth Manager will be responsible for driving brand growth through strategic affiliate partnerships and cross-functional collaboration. In this client-facing role, you will analyze growth metrics, identify scalable opportunities, and align affiliate strategies with broader initiatives across marketing, store management, livestream, and other growth channels. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, growth-driven, and has a strong understanding of customer acquisition and brand scaling.

As an Affiliate Growth Manager, you will take charge of

  • Strategic Partner & Relationship Management (Client-Facing)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and face to the brand for all high-stake affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners conversations.
  • Conduct regular strategy calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with brands to align on growth goals.
  • Establish commission structures, hybrid deals (flat fee + CPA), and exclusive placements that drive mutually beneficial growth.
  • Growth & Performance Optimization
  • Use data and analyze affiliate performance daily/weekly, focusing on core growth metrics (Commission, ROAS, AOV, ABS, Conversion Rate, and other relevant metrics).
  • Translate data into opportunities and actionable steps for the affiliate team to execute.
  • Design and test affiliate incentive programs, contests, and tiered commission structures to maximize partner output.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to provide affiliates with high-converting landing pages, swipe copy, and brand assets.
  • Drive innovation, build and execute repeatable growth loops - basically don’t settle with BAU!

Minimum Qualifications

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

  • Experience: 5+ years in Affiliate Management, Partnerships, or Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of scaling revenue.
  • Exceptional Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable pitching, negotiating, and presenting to key stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analytical Acumen: Deep understanding of unit economics and performance metrics. You must know and be able to establish correlation and how to read a cohort analysis, understand Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and manage Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Holistic Marketing Knowledge: Strong grasp of the wider digital marketing landscape (SEO, Paid Social, Search, Email) and how affiliate marketing fits into a multi-touch attribution funnel.
  • Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience Marketplaces affiliate networks (TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada).
  • Mindset: Critical thinker, proactive, and commercially driven. You can think on your feet and can drive end-to-end change management.
  • AI Curiosity (Bonus): You have a natural taste for AI and aren't afraid to experiment with new tools to optimize workflows, generate insights, or scale campaigns faster.
