Salary: P40,000 - P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

Skills Required

  • 1-2 years VA Admin exerience
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, particularly within the construction industry, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Willing to work in an Office based arrangement.

What will you do?

  • As an Administration Officer, you will perform general administration duties for the pre-construction team. You will also coordinate with certifiers, external contractors, and internal departments.
    • Lodging and Receiving CDCs: Manage the process of lodging and receiving Complying Development Certificates (CDCs), ensuring all communication and requested documents are issued to certifiers efficiently.
    • Lodging and Receiving Preliminary Approvals: Facilitate the lodging and receiving of preliminary approvals for DA and CDC builds, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to procedural requirements.
    • Liaising with Certifiers: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with certifiers, and other regulatory bodies regarding complying development-related matters. This includes providing necessary documentation, and addressing enquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
    • General Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the pre-construction team.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency within the development department. Proactively suggest and implement solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
