Job Description

Plan and implement day-to-day Accounting & Disbursement finance functions, including order management and invoicing, with Accounting & Disbursement report creation and review.
Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual Accounting & Disbursement reports - must be done on a timely manner
Conduct Accounting & Disbursement analysis to provide recommendations to the function head
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the finance department

Minimum Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Not required but good to have: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the IT / Shared Service industry
At least 3 years experience in Accounting & Disbursement analysis
Proficient / Expert in Google Sheets and data processing
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software and Google workspace.
