Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for account solicitation, manage and build the assigned channel and ensure that sizable share of the market is attained.
• Responsible for loan packaging, cross selling of other CLG products to different sources or channel, pre-screening of accounts and ensuring proper KYC of accounts handled.
• Responsible for the implementation of marketing promos and programs that translate to the success in loan generation.
• Ensures quality loan portfolio through proper pre-screening of loan applicants.
• Responsible in addressing clients’ requests and concerns to meet client’s needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably business course
• At least 3 year's sales experience in the banking or real estate industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sufficient Product knowledge and knowledge in legal documentation
• Experience in credit evaluation would be an advantage
• Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas
