Drive sales and business growth within the Service Provider segment.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams such as Solution Architects and Consulting Engineers to deliver comprehensive Cisco solutions.
Identify customer needs and position Cisco products and services to meet those needs effectively.
Lead presales activities including scoping, proposal development, and value positioning of Cisco solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their market and industry to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification through to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
What Youll Do
Own the sales process for assigned accounts within the Service Provider segment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
Participate in strategic planning and forecasting to meet business objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco technologies and industry trends relevant to Service Providers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Cisco Customer Experience (CX) teams and customer stakeholders.
Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team success.
Who You Are
Extensive experience in sales within the Service Provider or telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of Cisco technologies and solutions relevant to Service Providers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
