Role Overview

MARKETING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION.

• Assists the Brand Lead by managing selected marketing programs from development to execution.
• Sets clear program objectives and measures.
• Ensures timely planning, execution and evaluation of assigned marketing programs.
• Monitors and finetunes programs to ensure quality of execution, and ensures proper alignment with key stakeholders in executing projects.
• Brings innovative concepts to completion by executing projects according to plan, under managers supervision.
  
  

MARKETING STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT.

• Supports Brand Champion by actively engaging in the development of marketing strategies, engagement briefs, marketing / business plans and other strategic initiatives, through the application of thorough brand / relevant market / customer knowledge.
• Gathers data and analyzes relevant business information and customer findings to identify performance drivers, issues and opportunities.
  
  

SPENDING EFFECTIVENESS FOR MARKETING PROGRAMS.

• Assists in managing the company resources, reviews plans and cost efficiencies, and ensures reasonable business returns for the assigned marketing programs.
  
  

Identifying Consumer Requirements.

• Assists the Brand Champion in analyzing consumer requirements and expectations from a particular product or brand.
• Aids in the identification of untapped consumer needs and communicates with the innovation team to identify the spaces that will drive growth and/or keep the product or brand positioning in the forefront of the market.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong foundation in product management fundamentals, including project management, cross-functional coordination, timeline ownership, and execution discipline.
• Action-oriented with the ability to drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
• High level of accountability with strong attention to detail and execution quality.
• Highly motivated with a demonstrated drive for growth and excellence.
• Demonstrates grit, resilience, and perseverance, with clear evidence of ownership, initiative, and performance orientation.
