Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will also engage in decision-making processes that impact the overall efficiency of the services provided. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance service delivery. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions within the team to promote continuous learning. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Engineering. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions. - Familiarity with data center operations and management best practices. - Proficient in using network monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
