Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support strategy and transformation projects across growth, operations, and performance improvement
Conduct market, financial, and business analysis to inform leadership decisions
Build clear, structured presentations and executive-ready materials
Support business case development and strategic recommendations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support execution of strategic initiatives
Track milestones, risks, and outcomes for assigned initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent strategy roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Clear, concise communication and structured thinking
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
