Job Description

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
Produce engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, website copy, and presentations.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and activations to generate brand awareness and customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a graduate of Marketing, Communications, or any related field
At least 5 years of proven marketing or communications experience, preferably in real estate.
Strong written and verbal abilities, with expertise in tailoring messages for different audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, website management, and content creation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making
Creativity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to multitask effectively.
