Job Description

Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
Design basic marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media.
Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams for marketing requirements.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
Help organize company events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Track and prepare reports on marketing campaign performance.
Maintain marketing files, photos, and promotional materials.
Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing is an advantage (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
