Manufacturing Supervisor

Role Overview

• In-charge of the efficient and cost effective operation of his area of responsibility in terms of the key performance indicators focused on delivery, quality, cost, efficiency and safety.
• Updates and enforces SOP in accordance with PIC/S GMP, Safety and other regulatory and government requirements.
• Identifies budget allocation resources required to accomplish workload and quality/productivity programs in his area of responsibility.
• Monitors and evaluates area`s Daily Performance against schedule/production plan & strategize/re-plan in consultation with immediate superior.
• Practices OE at the shop floor to improve machine , process, cycle time & yield for Kaizen/OE or other Project Initiatives.
• Initiates continuous improvement projects in his area of responsibility focused on quality, productivity, cost and customer satisfaction.
• Trains personnel under his responsibility on related standard operating procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree / 4-year Course graduate
• B.S. Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• At least 2 years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing;
• Able to handle group of people (good communication & people management skills).
