Job Description

Prepare and present financial reports and updates to investors.
Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and communications.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze financial data.
Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and events.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for investor communications.
Assist in creating and managing investor communication materials such as reports and presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Investor Relations Manager Should Have

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis in the property industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with investors effectively.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in creating and managing investor communication materials.
Attention to detail and a focus on regulatory compliance.
Previous experience as a Investor Relations Manager is preferred,
