Delivery Lead

Lead end-to-end delivery, or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. Ensure service quality and efficiency. Manage delivery outcomes and identify opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.

Summary: As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the complete delivery process or specific components of a contract, ensuring that operational, contractual, and financial commitments are met. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to maintain service quality and efficiency, while also identifying opportunities for additional work through up-selling or cross-selling. You will play a crucial role in managing delivery outcomes and fostering collaboration among team members to achieve shared goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. - Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making. - Ability to develop training materials and conduct workshops for team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Google Workspace. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
