UX Product Designer X 2 | £45,000 - £65,000

The Role

• Own the end-to-end user journey, from initial product discovery and strategy to high-fidelity interaction design and delivery.
• Lead the charge on UX Research, planning and conducting user interviews and usability testing to validate every design decision.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and design sprints to align stakeholders and maintain a high-velocity discovery culture.
• Champion and contribute to design systems, ensuring all products are scalable, consistent, and fully WCAG 2.2 AA compliant.
• Collaborate daily with product managers and engineers in an Agile environment to build desirable and commercially viable digital solutions.
  
  

• Strong professional experience as a UX or Product Designer, ideally within a regulated environment (FinTech, HealthTech, or similar).
• Proven expertise in designing for native mobile apps (iOS and Android), with a deep understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience working with complex, multi-platform design systems.
• A robust toolkit of UX research and evaluation methods, with the ability to turn raw user data into actionable design improvements.
• A commitment to inclusive design and a thorough understanding of accessibility standards like WCAG 2.2 AA.
