Role Overview

Deloitte is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Change Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team as an Associate. This role will support a leading finance provider in driving business transformation initiatives, ensuring effective change management, and delivering value through insightful analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Change Management Support: Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, including impact assessments, communication strategies, and training coordination.

Process Mapping & Improvement: Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the finance domain.

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, manage expectations, and foster collaboration between business and technical teams.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear and concise documentation such as business cases, user stories, functional specifications, and status reports.

Testing & Validation Support: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and capturing feedback.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to change management.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Business analysis, change management, or a related role, preferably within financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, BPMN).Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of finance products, regulatory environment, or lending processes is a strong advantage.

Preferred Attributes

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is desirable.
  • Experience working within consulting firms or large-scale transformation projects.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
