About The Job
Supports cost management and financial performance across the supply chain through budgeting, analysis, and reporting. Responsible for month-end closing, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting and inventory processes.

Your tasks

• Partner with Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations
• Monitor and analyze COGS, overhead, scrap, and inventory performance
• Perform month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and inventory valuation
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and internal control policies
• Oversee inventory management, including stock turnover and physical counts
• Manage fixed assets accounting and support statutory audit requirements
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis for leadership review
• Coordinate monthly cut-off activities with Operations and Sales
  
  

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy required; CPA preferred, Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 10+ years in plant finance/controlling

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Costing and variance analysis expertise
• Proficient in ERP and Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
