Details of Position

We are seeking dedicated online certified EFL English teachers to teach adult B2B learners in a dynamic, fully remote environment. As part of a rapidly growing operation, there will be career development opportunities

for exceptional teachers in areas such as teacher management and materials development.

Pay rate increases according to ongoing performance, with regular evaluations to ensure both teacher

and learner satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.

Tech-savvy, with experience using online teaching platforms.

Excellent time management and punctuality.

Professional attire and a clean, DISTRACTION FREE background are mandatory during lessons(e.g. no teaching in a bedroom, neutral virtual backgrounds are acceptable)

Native level speakers only.

Teaching Qualifications Essential.

Available for lessons mostly 8:00-18:00 weekdays CET with a MINIMUM of 10-15 available hours per week Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one lessons with learners, allowing you to collaborate directly with each

student to plan lessons based on their individual needs.

Monitor student progress and provide after-class feedback.

Maintain structured lesson plans and work towards student goals.

We can provide a MINIMUM of 10 teaching hours per week and this can go up to 20 hours.

Qualifications

Cambridge CELTA

Celta, Trinity Cert Tesol, TEFL,

DELTA, MA TESOL
