DUTIES

The Asst. Outlet Manager is responsible for the operation, management and overall performance of the outlet operations. As such the Outlet Manager will be directly involved in the day to day running of these areas in connection with staffing, guest services and product quality.

Requirements

• Experience in an International Hotel/Resort or a well-known restaurant is an advantage.
• A graduate or has a certificate in Hospitality/International Hospitality Management or any related course.
• Has strong sense of Business Acumen
• Knowledgeable on Table Management System & Infrasys Operation.
• A self-starter and a good team player
• Guest oriented , creative and must have eye for details.
