What You’ll Do:

• Drive overall branch success by leading sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering consistent dealer experiences that build loyalty.
• Execute sales strategies and expand dealer network performance to achieve business growth.
• Ensure target achievement while managing daily operations, inventory, and compliance standards.
• Set clear goals, coach team performance, and oversee key HR processes.
• Support company initiatives and enforce policies to maintain alignment and discipline.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• 5+ years experience in sales, branch operations, or business development (preferably direct selling, FMCG, or retail).
• 3+ years experience in a supervisory or managerial role leading sales or operations teams.
• Experience in dealer recruitment and engagement, with strong background in inventory, logistics, branch operations, and local market development.
