About The Team & Business Line

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network, we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle. Working with our Citco Corporate Solutions (C2S) team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Will work with the Business Development support team, a dedicated group that manages the generation of competent proposals for prospects and clients.
• Will assist in formatting, proofreading, and preparation of standard and complex proposals, including client presentation pitches, review legal clauses included in proposals.
• Coordinate RFP responses, including organizing kick off calls, working with stakeholders and proposal contributors to align on client requirements, and tracking inputs to ensure timely submission.
• Learn and use the pricing engine tool to generate fees and scope of work for proposals.
• Ensure all proposal submissions and client presentations follow corporate marketing standards.
• Update and maintain proposal templates based on Citco branding.
• Properly document and maintain records of all proposals handled by the team using designated tools and manage the archiving of proposal content.
• Incorporate feedback from proposal review sessions.
  
  

Qualifications

About You:

• You have a degree in either Marketing, Communications, Business or Finance.
• You have at least 3 years of experience working with a similarly structured environment, or similar experience in drafting/writing materials for sales or marketing purposes.
• Eager to learn the proposal structure for corporate governance.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel), SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with a commercial acumen.
