Responsibilities

• Conduct market research of potential TPSPs, gather relevant information on the jurisdiction’s government, economy, legal system and such other data that will be used as basis for sound selection of TPSPs.
• Assist Global Relationship Officers in the drafting and negotiation process of Service Agreements to establish cooperation with TPSPs.
• Assist Global Relationship Officers in maintaining the existing global network of Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs).
• Assist in conducting root cause analysis to understand circumstances surrounding a concern or issue from direct stakeholders and assist Global Relationship Officers in resolving TPSP-related issues and concerns (i.e. fees, SLA, complaints, confidentiality issues etc.).
• Ensure proper documentation of all TPSP transactions (i.e. Renaming and uploading Agreements and other important information into the SharePoint and updating of relevant databases)
• Provide Mercator client servicing teams and other Citco lines of business with accurate and timely information in relation to Service Agreements and/or cooperation with the TPSPs any relevant updates or changes of the TPSPs.
• Administer pricing calculations to existing Mercator clients and provide support to Mercator RFP team for pricing proposals to prospect clients and other related inquiries and concerns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law (preferred) / International Studies / Business Management
• Have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced complex environment
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills
