As a Solution Consultant in our Partner Ready Product Acceleration program, you will play a key role in Basware’s “Customer First, Partner Enabled” strategy, working directly with global enterprise customers to bring their AP and invoicing operations to the next level of automation and scalability. You will contribute to the full delivery lifecycle, from analysis and design through build, testing, go-live, and hypercare. A proactive mindset for identifying and proposing opportunities to streamline operations using AI tools is a core expectation of this role.
Your key responsibilities include:
Deliver End-to-End Customer Transformations: Take ownership of guiding global enterprise customers through a complete transformation of their network setup, executing all delivery phases with precision and care for live invoice flows and user experience.
Analyse, Design and Consult: Design target solutions aligned to the customer’s business needs, challenging outdated setups and guiding customers through significant change with confidence and expertise.
Build, Configure and Ensure Quality: Execute hands-on configuration work across test and production environments, develop and run structured testing plans, and manage go-live rollouts with rollback readiness to ensure reliable, high-performing deployments.
Build Strong Customer Relationships and Drive Successful Go-Lives: Establish trust with key stakeholders, communicate clearly on risks and progress, and provide dedicated post-go-live support, coordinating with internal teams and guiding customers towards long-term self-sufficiency.
Drive AI-Powered Efficiency: Proactively identify and propose opportunities to streamline delivery and customer operations using AI tools, actively exploring how AI can reduce manual effort, improve quality, and accelerate outcomes.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Cloud Operations, R&D, and internal support functions to coordinate dependencies and share best practices across the delivery program.

In order to thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
Customer-Centric Mindset: A consultative, value-driven approach that puts customer outcomes first, with the confidence to challenge outdated setups and guide customers through significant change.
Technical and Functional Proficiency: Minimum 3–5 years of implementation experience in ERP or AP automation projects, with hands-on experience in solution configuration, data mapping, and system integrations in complex enterprise environments.
AI-Forward Thinking: A proactive approach to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work and delivery, with a genuine curiosity for how AI can improve processes, reduce manual effort, and create value for customers.
Structured Delivery Mindset: Ability to manage full delivery lifecycles with strong attention to sequencing, dependencies, and risk, including test planning, defect resolution, and quality assurance in customer-visible environments.
Strong Communication and Collaboration: Skilled at articulating complex topics clearly across global, multicultural teams and stakeholders, with the ability to facilitate workshops, drive alignment, and contribute to a strong culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Nice to Have
Basware Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Basware AP, Basware Network, or similar AP automation platforms is a significant advantage.
Migration or Re-implementation Experience: Background in system migrations or re-implementations with live customer impact is highly valued.
Hands-on AI Experience: Practical experience applying AI tools in a Professional Services or implementation context.
Awareness of artificial intelligence concepts, tools, or applications is considered a strong asset. We highly value candidates who demonstrate curiosity, a proactive mindset and a willingness to explore and incorporate AI-driven technologies into their work.
