HR Strategy & Leadership
Build, lead, and scale the HR department
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
HR Operations & Processes
Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
Establish end-to-end HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
Lead HRIS implementation and optimization (Workday preferred)
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Support recruitment ramp-up plans (target: significant headcount growth)
Develop hiring strategies for critical and technical roles (e.g., engineers/programmers)
Compensation & Benefits
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
Develop and implement competitive compensation and incentive plans
Compliance & Payroll
Oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Ensure full compliance with government regulations and labor laws
Work closely with compliance and finance stakeholders
Organizational Development
Support initiatives such as ISO certification
Drive performance management and employee engagement strategies
Digital Transformation & AI
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI in HR processes
Improve efficiency through technology and automation
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Senior HR Manager Should Have
Proven experience in a Senior HR leadership role
Strong background in:
Payroll and government compliance
HR operations and process design
HRIS systems (Workday experience strongly preferred)
