Project Employee - Data Testing

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct data quality testing to verify the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of migrated or processed data
• Validate data mapping between source and target systems to ensure correct field-to-field alignment
• Execute test cases and scenarios related to data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Identify, document, and report data defects, discrepancies, and anomalies
• Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to resolve data-related issues
• Perform reconciliation and validation of record counts, totals, and key metrics to ensure data integrity
• Prepare test reports and provide status updates on testing progress and results
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and testing best practices
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in data testing, data validation, data quality assurance, or similar project-based roles
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts, including completeness, accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation
• Experience in data mapping validation between source systems and target platforms
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection
• Experience in executing test cases and test scenarios related to data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Ability to identify, document, and track data defects, discrepancies, and issues using standard reporting or tracking tools
• Familiarity with UAT support, including validation of data outputs against business and functional requirements
• Willing to accept 6 months project employment
• Willing to work onsite in Makati city.
