Support the end-to-end development of ACCIONA Energía’s offshore projects, ensuring timely progress on land, permitting, technical, environmental, and stakeholder milestones while complying with offshore-specific regulatory requirements. This position’s focus is offshore and will initially serve the Bulalacao Offshore project. This role is flexible to support other renewable energy technologies.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Update, monitor, and analyse project schedules
  • Coordinate project development activities including land securement and permitting progress
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Technical and other internal departments to ensure milestones are achieved and ensure offshore-specific technical studies are coordinated with engineering teams
  • Coordinate inputs for offshore WESC amendments and milestone reporting to DoE
  • Manage the full contract cycle from quotation to payments
  • Interface with contractors and service providers, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
  • Oversee offshore survey contractors and ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations
  • Interface with local authorities and support CSR/ESG functions in environmental permitting
  • Support offshore permits including BFAR, DENR Marine, PCG navigational clearance, and DPWH foreshore lease
  • Support administrative work including POs and payments
  • Update project development budgets and monitor Devex
  • Coordinate with Accounting for cash flow management
  • Support financial analysis and comparison with initial budgets
  • Assist in evaluating offshore CAPEX/OPEX updates related to marine logistics and port requirements
  • Maintain document control systems for records and tracking
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by management

Required Skills And Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Studies, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project development (offshore or marine work an advantage).
  • Familiarity with offshore technical studies (metocean, geotechnical, bathymetry).
  • Knowledge of related permits and agencies
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze budgets, Devex, and commercial documentation.
