About The Role

This role provides support to internal operations and international partners through organized documentation, efficient processes, effective communication, and smooth daily operations. The position focuses on assisting with projects, gaining exposure to different business functions, and building valuable skills within a real-world business setting.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience and strengthen their professional skills in an actual business environment. You will receive support in learning new competencies and broadening your understanding of essential business functions, with the possibility of transitioning to work with our Australian partners, creating more opportunities for career growth and impact.

What Youll Be Working On

Preparing, organizing, and retrieving documents in both physical and digital formats

Assisting with office administration and management support

Coordinating and arranging meetings

Performing data entry while ensuring information accuracy

Maintaining positive and professional communication across all channels

Strong organizational abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Effective time management and multitasking capabilities

Computer literacy
